Mint Financial (UK) Ltd v Kachhwaha

The applicant company, which provides stock market investment advice, sought urgent interim injunctive relief against the Respondent, its former Head of Sales and Marketing in the UK and Europe, following the alleged misappropriation of its confidential information. HHJ Robert Owen QC (sitting as a Judge of the High Court) granted the relief sought in a wide-ranging order, endorsed with a penal notice, which required the Respondent to provide details of dissemination of the confidential data, deletion of its storage, whether physical or virtual, and delivery up of any relevant storage device.
