Henke v UKIP

Thursday 20 February: Paul Henke v United Kingdom Independence Party. On 29 January the Claimant, a well-established author and former Chairman of UKIP in Scotland, was suspended by the party for a term of 100 years. Mr Henke applied for urgent injunctive relief and after hearings on 13, 18 and 20 February HHJ Taylor declared the suspension null and void and in breach of UKIP’s rules of membership.
