Experience & Expertise

Naveeta was called to the Bar of Trinidad and Tobago in October 1999 and specialised in commercial disputes and matters arising out of public law including actions for and against Government and police. She was called to the Bar of England and Wales in November 2009 and has decided to transfer and continue her practice in the UK, when she joined Chambers in 2013. She holds a Masters degree in International, Commercial and Investment Arbitration and will augment her practice in the UK by providing arbitration and mediation services as well as speciality in commercial and public law matters.

Naveeta is also available to conduct and assist in matters arising from the Caribbean and other commonwealth countries which are before the Privy Council.
