Public & Regulatory
Members of the Public & Regulatory Team provide a wide range of advisory and advocacy services in all courts and tribunals in relation to disputes involving central and local government and the regulation of the activities of those bodies and privately owed corporations.
The team has extensive experience across all aspects of local government law and are regularly instructed to act for local authorities in a wide range of matters from anti-social behaviour orders to weights and measures. Members have developed a formidable reputation for cutting edge work, delivering unique and innovative solutions to legal problems facing local authorities.
